CU Business Group is the premiere provider of business services to more that 650 Credit Unions nationwide, including Loan Documentation, Underwriting, Consulting, and other services. CUBG required a new product to assist Credit Union Loan Reps in submitting loan applications for underwriting.

Hospitals nationwide work with the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals® (CMNH) to raise vital campaign funds to care for critically ill and injured children. CMNH needed me to optimize and redesign their very old platform to better assist Hospital Associates, Corporate Partners, Program Directors, and Market Directors to report and track campaign funds and useful data.

Arguably one of the most complex platforms I've had the opportunity to work on, this project gave Orchard Securities, a $2+B/yr nationwide Managing Broker Dealer of commercial real estate developments, much needed automation and regulatory tracking features to help carry them successfully into the future.

This enterprise-grade web application project involved a comprehensive UX Audit, UI component Inventory, designing style guide and design system assets for EnerBankUSA client sign-on portal, a local home improvement lending bank, recently acquired by Regions Bank in October 2021.

This project involved user research to determine appropriate strategy towards a redesign of the MetaSource Quality Control & Auditing Application, a leading platform for Mortgage Industry clients.

This enterprise-grade project involved working with members of the marketing team: CMO, Conversion manager, SEO manager, Creative Director, copywriters, and developers at American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), the world's largest medical coding credentialing organization for the business of healthcare. I was also involved in the corporate rebranding and website redesign campaign. My consulting work included Information Architecture, Design Strategy, UX Research, and UI Wireframes in keeping with proven UX best practices.

This project involved working with a team of product managers, developers, and department representatives at American AAPC, the world's largest medical credentialing organization for the business of healthcare. Their comprehensive internal software platform required a fundamental Information Architecture / UX / UI redesign.

This was an exercise for researching and wireframing a user's experience for Traeger's mobile app account set up process.
